- Apply concepts from Chapters 1 and 2 to support your analysis
Instructions:
After reading the case study called ‘The Creamy Creations Takeover’ provided at the end of Chapter 2 , answer the below question in a 2-4 page paper.
The question includes two parts:
- The Burger Barn executives see a rosy future ahead for Creamy Creations.
- Do you see any reasons why they should not be so optimistic?
- Have these executives indeed reached a happy medium between customization and self-serve?
