2. Create an essay using the material you have studied on motivation and leadership and the strengths inventory.
Think critically and evaluate and analyze how your strengths can be leveraged to increase your skill as a leader in
the motivation of others and how capitalization of strengths could maximize the performance of your teams. You
should also analyze how your strengths can enable you to be an authentic leader.
3. Within your essay also specifically address this question — Do you feel having this study of motivation and leadership would have benefited you in the previous activity where you worked in a team to create and evaluate the training in Weeks 4-6? Why or why not? (considered this question as a YES, I benefited from the activity)
Grading of this assignment will be emphasized on your effectiveness of communicating your strengths evaluation.
The essay should be at least 3-5 paragraphs.
